脫硫系統(tǒng)水平衡是指進(jìn)入脫硫系統(tǒng)的所有水量（包括原煙氣帶水、設(shè)備沖洗水、除霧器沖洗水、供漿漿液所含水等）等于脫硫系統(tǒng)水損失量。運(yùn)行中控制脫硫系統(tǒng)水平衡主要根據(jù)系統(tǒng)水損失量來(lái)控制進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)的水量使兩者保持動(dòng)態(tài)平衡，即在總進(jìn)水量等于總損失量的前提下通過(guò)控制進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)的其他水量。脫硫系統(tǒng)一般可以保證吸收塔的正常液位，但當(dāng)吸收塔入口煙氣溫度大幅下降，吸收塔內(nèi)漿液蒸發(fā)量降低，吸收塔液位處于高液位，水平衡失衡現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生。為了弄清失衡原因，首先就要了解影響濕法脫硫吸收塔水平衡的因素，下面我們就來(lái)一起分析下。

1、燃煤硫分

當(dāng)燃煤的收到基硫分增加時(shí)，二氧化硫的質(zhì)量濃度就會(huì)增加，參與反應(yīng)的物料增加，即石灰石漿液量大，整個(gè)脫硫系統(tǒng)的各用水點(diǎn)的耗水量上升，故整個(gè)脫硫系統(tǒng)整體耗水量增加。

石膏脫水時(shí)，濾液返回水由旋流器返回水、皮帶脫水機(jī)濾布沖洗水、密封水、氣液分離器排水、真空泵冷卻水匯集濾液箱后返回脫硫系統(tǒng)。而排出水量只有到廢水處理的脫硫廢水(排入脫硫廢水量低于設(shè)計(jì)處理量12t/h)。濾液返回水量進(jìn)脫硫系統(tǒng)后將使脫硫系統(tǒng)的水平衡破壞，造成脫硫系統(tǒng)液位上漲。
During gypsum dehydration, the filtrate return water is collected by the cyclone return water, belt dehydrator filter cloth washing water, sealing water, gas-liquid separator drainage and vacuum pump cooling water into the filtrate tank and then returned to the desulfurization system. 發(fā)現(xiàn)脫硫系統(tǒng)進(jìn)水量大于排出量(蒸發(fā)量)其中濾液反水量是造成脫硫系統(tǒng)進(jìn)水量大的主要原因。

4、吸收塔出口煙溫
